Lone Star Le Mans weekend at Circuit of The Americas™ in Austin, Texas! We are more excited than the day you receive your tax refunds! Why you ask? Because it’s so much more than just a race!

Your action-packed weekend includes two full days of racing, LIVE entertainment, VIP parties, meet-and-greets and more! It is going to be a Texas sized celebration like nothing you’ve ever experienced before.

But, before you attend this epic weekend, don’t you want to know who made the cut for the Endurance Race? The entrants for 6 Hours of COTA have finally been announced and YOU only have one month to decide who gets your allegiance on the track.

For the first time in history, the FIA World Endurance Championship will race back-to-back with the new TUDOR United SportsCar Championship series, on the same day. How about that for an action packed day?

The Entries

The current entry list for the 6 Hours of COTA racing has 29 competitors and will feature a six-hour endurance event that will allow you to see the FIA WEC teams race under the lights and into the night at the state of the art Circuit of The Americas™.

Who to Watch Out For

The race for the world title will resume in Texas with the No.8 Toyota TS040 of Anthony Davidson, Nicolas Lapierre and Sébastien Buemi, who are currently leading the drivers’ points table.

Thanks to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Aston Martin Racing is now in a position to uphold and defend its title in the LMGTE Am category, but they will be hounded by the Ferrari and Porsche teams, who plan on taking names.

FIA WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP AT COTA PREVIEWAlso be sure to watch out for the famous green and black HPD ARX-03b car of Extreme Speed Motorsports (ESM)! They will compete in both the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship race and the FIA WEC 6 Hours of Circuit of The Americas in the LMP2 category. Extreme Speed Motorsports are HOT and should be a must-see on your watch list.

Three teams from the USA will be joining the track, one each in LMP2, LMGTE Pro and LMGTE Am. This will give American fans the chance to see the Corvette Racing C7.R taking on the manufacturer teams from Aston Martin, Ferrari and Porsche on home soil for the first time!

With that being said, if seeing these hot drivers and teams for one evening isn’t enough, you can attend their free practice and qualifying sessions! Don’t believe me? Take a look at the Friday schedule for both World Endurance Championship and TUDOR:
