The 2015 Austin MotoGP™ Championship will be here in just a few short weeks!
Being in a new city and attending an event as big as the 2015 MotoGP™ Championship can be overwhelming. To help you make the most of your experience at Circuit of The Americas™, I've created a three-day breakdown of the event, so you won't miss any big events. Without further ado, here's your three-day itinerary to the MotoGP™ Austin Grand Prix:
If you are a huge MotoGP™ fan, Friday is the perfect day to see all that goes into a grand prix weekend while watching the practice sessions. The practice sessions will start as early as 9 a.m. and will continue throughout the day, beginning with Moto3’s practice sessions and ending with the Moto 2 teams taking the circuit.
With COTA Experiences, you can spend Friday night walking the track with fellow MotoGP™ fans. During the track walk, you will get to see where all of the action happens for yourself!
On Saturday, the day will begin with more qualifying and practice races. With COTA Experiences, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the events from your seats!
As a #COTAVIP, you will have the opportunity to move to and from hospitality at your leisure, where you'll find a hot breakfast, a gourmet lunch, and open beer and wine options. The in-circuit VIP hospitality venue boasts comfortable seating, closed-circuit TV coverage of the races, and will be a great location for you and your friends to meet up and relax throughout the day!
In the past, VIPs have been treated to interviews and meet-and-greets with riders and team personnel held inside hospitality. This year, there will definitely be a MotoGP™ celebrity appearance or two during the weekend festivities!
Between the warm-ups, the rider’s parade laps, the press conferences, the Red Bull Air Demonstration, and the 2015 MotoGP Red Bull Grand Prix of The Americas, Sunday will be chock full of all things MotoGP™.
VIPs will have the chance to go behind-the-scenes with Pit Lane Walks and Paddock Tours prior to the big Sunday race. You can get up close and personal with work that goes into the races while you check out the pit lane and see the area where the championship winning motorcycles are prepped for the races.
