HJC Helmets Grand Prix de France

Located in Le Mans, France, this leg of the  Motorcycle Grand Prix has been held at this circuit since 1969 and has proved to be one of the most exciting races during the World Championship. French fans are very knowledgeable and passionate about racing, which creates a certain atmosphere for riders and spectators alike.

Maverick Viñales clinched the win in France with a race time of 43:29:793 beating out teammate Valentino Rossi after he went wide on the last lap. Frenchman Johan Zarco excited home fans when he led the early stages of the race, however Viñales beat Zarco at the finish by 3 seconds. Championship leader at that time, Rossi, and reigning champion Marc Marquez both crashed-out before the race was over.

Gran Premio d’Italia Oakley

Riders have been coming to Mugello, Italy since 1976 to race on the Tuscan Circuit, which flows naturally within the breathtaking tree-lined valley. Ferrari purchased the circuit back in 1988 and revamped the entire venue to a very high standard and then in 1991 it permanently became a motorcycle track. The Italians love for bike racing is long-lived, substantial, and with current championship leader, Valentino Rossi, being a fellow Italian, it brings this year’s race to a higher level of excitement.

Ducati teammates Andrea Dovizioso and Jorge Lorenzo battled for the lead with Rossi the entire race and Dovizioso was the one who came out on top in front of home fans. This is the first win of the season by an Italian manufacturer and with an Italian winning the Italy Grand Prix, the National Anthem was then sung three times at the end of the race while Dovizioso stood on the podium.

Gran Premi Monster Energy de Catalunya

The Motorcycle Grand Prix has been coming to Catalunya since 1992, where the track is located 25km north of Barcelona. This is a home venue to some of the sports biggest stars including, reigning champion, Marc Marquez, Jorge Lorenzo, Maverick Viñales, Daniel Pedrosa and more.

Andrea Dovizioso won his second race in a row here which is the first time in MotoGP™ history that Ducati has won back to back races. It wasn’t until the 9th lap that Dovizioso made his move for first beating out Spaniard Marc Marquez who finished in second.

Motul TT Assen

The Motorcycle Grand Prix World Championship is one of the biggest annual sporting events in the Netherlands. Assen is known as “The Cathedral” of motorcycle racing and holds the honor of being the only racing venue to have participated in MotoGP™ since its creation in 1949.

Valentino Rossi clinched the winning title at the Dutch Grand Prix moving him up to third in the championship winning by just the length of his bike. Dovizioso took fifth during this race putting him in the lead for the World Championship with the help of Viñales crash out.
